What We Collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address, signup source, user agent, IP address, and timestamp. This helps us manage signups, prevent duplicates, understand where interest is coming from, and keep the service working.

When you use the Handposted app, we may store your email-code login account, saved guide progress, card scan history, login sessions, and finished-card photos you choose to upload for review.

How We Use It

We use your information to send Handposted updates, keep app accounts working, save guide progress, support QR scan handoff, review optional finished-card photos, and improve the product. Later, we may also send product news, promotions, and other Handposted updates. You can ask us to remove you from the email list at any time.

Where It Lives

Handposted uses Cloudflare, GitHub/IIS hosting, and SQL Server as part of the site and waitlist setup. These services may process or store technical information needed to deliver the site and keep the waitlist working.

What We Do Not Do

We do not sell your waitlist information. We do not use it to send unrelated messages from other brands.

Future Features

Handposted may eventually let people upload project photos, comments, or other content. When that happens, this policy should be updated before those features are broadly available.

All-Ages Site

Handposted is intended for users of any age, but waitlist signup should be handled by someone who is allowed to share an email address and receive updates. If you believe information was submitted in a way that should be removed, contact us.

Your Choices

You can ask us to update or delete your waitlist information by emailing [email protected]. Handposted app accounts can be deleted in the app from Account, or you can review the account deletion details at Delete account.
