Delete Your Handposted Account

Delete In The App

Open Handposted, go to Account, and choose Delete account. The app will ask you to confirm before removing your account.

What Is Deleted

Deleting your account removes your Handposted app account, saved guide progress, login sessions, login codes, uploaded finished-card photo records, and uploaded finished-card photo files.

What Is Anonymized

If your account was attached to card scan records, Handposted removes the account email and scanner identifier from those scan records while keeping anonymous scan counts for operational history.

Need Help?

If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.
